L’apertura al trascendente è terreno fertile in cui i semi della fede possono germogliare e crescere e portare frutti abbondanti. Di conseguenza, qualsiasi sforzo per una nuova evangelizzazione per la trasmissione della fede deve offrire particolare attenzione alla presenza o assenza di tale apertura. Questo è soprattutto perché viviamo in tempi in cui l’apertura a Dio è gravemente ridotta. Sempre più persone, anche credenti, vivono con poca o nessuna apertura a Dio. Questo articolo tenta di far luce su questo come una questione chiave per la nuova evangelizzazione.

Openness to the transcendent is the only good soil in which the seeds of faith can sprout and grow and bear abundant fruit. Therefore, any effort at a new evangelization for the transmission of faith has to pay particular attention to the presence or absence of such an openness. This is especially because we are living in times when the openness to God is seriously diminishing. More and more people, even one-time believers, are living with little or no openness to God. This article attempts to shed light on this as a key issue for new evangelization.
